Our manufacturing process involves a synthetic material technology that significantly reduces carbon emissions. Other insoles glue a fabric layer with a foam layer with chemical adhesives. World-wide, it is estimated that this adhesive use accounts for 188,469 metric tons of CO2 per year symmetric to the destruction of over 20 million trees.* Our insoles do not use adhesives due to our custom material technology. Instead of fabric, the top layer of our insole uses a proprietary, fabric-like foam. The layers are combined using a method without carbon-producing adhesives.

Our 50-year experience in the elastic polymer industry has helped streamlined our manufacturing processes so that we have significantly reduced the amount of waste and carbon output. One example of this is that much of our elastic material is recyclable and reusable. We are able to take back certain products and excess materials and reprocess them into polymer chips which are used in various industries such as home and office flooring and automobiles.
